Contest rules
1. Participation
Participation in the contest is open to any adult natural person residing in Metropolitan France.
To participate, it is necessary to:
- complete the participation form accessible via the dedicated popup during the contest period,
- provide a valid email address,
- subscribe to the Éclairage Français newsletter.
Only one entry per person (same name, same email address) is permitted throughout the duration of the contest. Any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or submitted outside the contest period will not be considered. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to subscribe to the Éclairage Français newsletter and to receive information regarding the brand's offers, news, and content via email.
Newsletter registration is effective upon validation of the participation form. The participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email, without this unsubscription retroactively affecting their participation in the contest. The personal data collected (last name, first name, email address) are used exclusively for the management of the contest, the selection and contact of the winner, and the sending of commercial communications.
The legal basis for this processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. To learn more, the participant is invited to consult our privacy policy.
3. Conditions of participation
Participation is reserved for persons aged at least 18 years on the date of their registration and residing in Metropolitan France.
4. Contest period
The contest runs from 02.25.2026 to 03.31.2026 inclusive. Any entry recorded after this date will not be taken into account.
5. Selection of the winner and awarding of the prize
You can win an Artemide Nessino lamp, in the color of your choice. A single winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries. The random draw will take place on April 2, 2026, and the winner will be informed by email at the address provided during registration. The prize cannot be contested, nor exchanged for cash or any other product, and will be shipped to the address provided by the winner after confirmation of their contact details.
In the absence of a response from the winner within 7 calendar days from the sending of the notification email, the organizer reserves the right to designate a new winner or to assign the prize to another use. After this period, the right to the prize will be considered definitively lost.
8. Liability
The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of internet network malfunctions, technical problems, data loss, viruses, or any other cause beyond its control that may disrupt the organization or participation in the contest.
The liability of the organizer cannot be invoked in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
9. Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
