Designed in 1958 by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, the PH 5 extends the optical principle of the three-shade system developed by the designer as early as 1926. Its layered construction distributes light evenly and without glare, ensuring optimal visual comfort above a table or reading area.

An icon of modern Danish design, the PH 5 illustrates the precision and consistency of work where form follows function entirely. Held in the collections of the Designmuseum Danmark and the MoMA, it remains one of the most influential light fixtures of the 20th century and a centerpiece of the Louis Poulsen catalogue for over sixty years.

Each piece is shipped via Geodis tracked courier service. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping weight, including packaging, and are displayed in the cart before any payment.
