Oluce, the Milanese design lighting house since 1945

Founded in 1945by Giuseppe Ostuni, Oluce is the oldest Italian design house still active in the lighting sector. From San Donato Milanese, on the outskirts of Milan, it produces pieces that have entered museum collections: the Atolloby Vico Magistretti, Compasso d’Oro 1979, and the Spider and Coupé lamps by Joe Colombo. Elemental geometries, lacquered aluminum, and blown Murano glass make up a vocabulary that has remained in the catalog since the 1960s and is still produced today.
