The PH 2/1 Table from Louis Poulsen is a compact table lamp designed by Poul Henningsen based on his three-shade reflective system. Each shade captures a portion of the light flux and directs it downwards: the light becomes soft, even, and comfortable, while the source remains shielded from view.

In the Brass finish, the silhouette combines three mouth-blown white opal glass shades with a metallised brass structure. Its 20 cm diameter and 35.5 cm height allow it to illuminate a bedside table, a bookshelf, a console, or a desk without cluttering the space.

Three-shade system

The three curved shades distribute the light according to the principle developed by Poul Henningsen: lighting that is primarily directed downwards, without direct glare.

Mouth-blown opal glass

The three-layer white glass is glossy on the outside and sandblasted on the inside. It diffuses a uniform light while revealing the depth of the material.
