Details

Pendant lamp designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958 for the Langelinie Pavillonen restaurant in Copenhagen. Seventy-two metal leaves, arranged in twelve rows of six, are positioned to shield the light source from every viewing angle: light is reflected inwards and outwards, without the bulb ever being visible.

Manufactured by Louis Poulsen and hand-assembled in Denmark. Powder-coated steel leaves, black on the outside and white on the inside; high-gloss chrome-plated lamp body. Four diameters, from Ø 48 cm to Ø 84 cm.
