Created by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, the PH 5 has become a benchmark of Scandinavian design. The PH 5 Ø320 Opal translates its glare-free shade system into a compact 320 mm diameter. Its opalescent polymer combines downward-directed light with soft diffusion around the fixture.
This collection brings together the four official finishes of the model. They share the same dimensions, lighting design, and manufacturing quality; only the decorative expression changes. You can therefore choose your pendant light according to the materials, tones, and atmosphere of your interior.
The four finishes of the PH 5 Ø320 Opal
- PH 5 Ø320 Opal beige: a warm and natural shade, particularly harmonious with light oak, stone, linen, and Scandinavian palettes.
- PH 5 Ø320 Opal white: the most visually luminous finish, ideal in a minimalist decor, a contemporary kitchen, or a space with neutral tones.
- PH 5 Ø320 Opal pale pink: a subtle powdery accent that pairs well with beige, travertine, light woods, and soft hues.

How to choose your color?
For a discreet presence, opt for the opal white or a finish close to the color of the ceiling. The opal beige warms up spaces dominated by natural materials. The pale pink and pale blue add a controlled touch of color without weighing down the silhouette of the fixture. Regardless of the finish, the white inner surfaces preserve the consistency of the light.
