Every piece is shipped by Geodis as tracked freight. Charges are based on the shipping weight, packaging included, and are shown in your basket before any payment.

Prices include VAT, per order, with no surcharge. Pieces up to 15 kg are delivered to your door. Above that, delivery is by appointment, to your doorstep.

Free delivery on orders over €1,000, within mainland France.

Transport takes 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch. The total lead time depends on availability: a piece in stock ships within 24 to 48 hours, while a made to order piece takes two to twelve weeks. The lead time for your piece is confirmed in writing after your order.

Any delivery outside France, and any piece by Ango, is quoted individually. Write to us and we will price the transport at cost.

Returns within 30 days. You have 30 days from the day after delivery to return a piece, without giving any reason; only pieces made to your specifications, marked as such on their product page, are excluded. Return costs are yours to pay: a standard parcel (up to 30 kg, 100 cm long and 150 cm in length, width and height combined) must be sent back tracked and insured. For a bulky piece, which cannot travel by post, we can arrange its collection from your home by our carrier for a flat fee of €80 including VAT; you can also send it back with the carrier of your choice, at your expense. A piece that is faulty, not as ordered or damaged on delivery is always returned at our expense. Exchanges are possible. Refund within 14 days of your request at the latest. See our returns policy.
